Q. What's covered on the course?
A. This course is for those who are on their second Digital SLR or who want to start taking more control of their camera. This session will concentrate on the use of Av and Tv modes along with Programme Mode. Attendees will also learn specific shutter speeds and apertures which will be most useful in their day-to-day photography. Q. I have sent my receipt to claim for my CashBack on my D-SLR. How will I gain access without a receipt?
A. Before you claim for your CashBack, please make a photocopy of the receipt. Photocopies will be accepted on the day if you have claimed for your CashBack. If you did not make a photocopy and have not received your receipt back before the training day, please bring your Voucher Card as proof of purchase. The Voucher Card or photocopied receipt will be sufficient as Canon have a record of those customers who have claimed for the CashBack promotion.Q. It's been a couple of days and I haven't received my confirmation email
A.
